Fix ambiguity in adding localhost to podman save
...and some naming decisions. This change ensures podman save doesn't incorrectly prepend localhost when saving an image. Signed-off-by: haircommander <pehunt@redhat.com> Closes: #1140 Approved by: rhatdan
