Container filters: Avoid use of ctr.Config()

This is a very expensive function as it does a deep copy. Instead
use pre-existing accessors like ctr.CreatedTime() where they exist
and ctr.ConfigNoCopy() where not.

[NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] Just minor performance effects
