* Add instrumentation for AWS Lambda Service - Implementation

* Lambda is CONSUMER SQS trace if 'Records' key in Lambda event

* More robust check of SQS by indexing and catching

* Explicitly catch errors we expect when determinig if SQS triggered Lambda
