HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) module

This module should be added explicitly when building NGINX:

./configure ... --add-module=/path/to/nginx-rtmp-module/hls ...

Requirement

The module requires ffmpeg version>= 53.31.100 from ffmpeg (ffmpeg.org)
