* remove unneeded thirdparty packages

Remove unnecessary packages from `thirdparty` in repo.

- Remove `thirdparty/assert` (replaced by `github.com/stretchr/testify/require`)
- Remove `thirdparty/dir` (replacd by `misc/fsutil`)
- Remove `thirdparty/notifier` (unused)
