Result of `make update-js update-py svg`. Quick test of the UI worked.
- Update selected dependencies. - Ran `make svg && git add --all`. - Tested mermaid and swagger. - Mark `fileicon` assets as generated so they don't spam the diff. - Webpack is not upgraded because it has some regression.
Use the file extension mapping from VSCode's extensions. Otherwise js/ts/vba/... files won't get correct icons.
