Subject: [PATCH] Use `gt-relative` class instead of the ambiguous `gt-pr`
class (#23008)
`.gt-relative` is also `position: relative !important;`
There are `gt-pr-?` styles below (line 140) for `padding-right`, which
makes `.gt-pr` ambiguous
