c7b5f89fea docs: add translation guidelines and target languages 
- Add documentation translation guidelines to CLAUDE.md for future agents
- Document the 10 target languages in mkdocs.yml comments
- Include file naming conventions, what to translate/preserve,
  and nav translation setup

bb0954bf3c docs: add Spanish nav translations and site metadata 
Add nav_translations for Spanish locale to translate menu items.
Also add translated site_name and site_description.

9be3449acf feat(docs): add i18n support with Spanish translations 
- Add mkdocs-static-i18n plugin for multi-language support
- Configure 10 language support (en, es, pt-BR, de, fr, el, ja, it, ko, id)
- Add Spanish translations for index.md and getting-started-guide.md
- Update mkdocs-material to 9.7.1
