Ansgar Becker 91cefe7c5e Update all PostgreSQL libraries, add missing libiconv-2.dll, unify filename of 32bit version of libintl.dll (=> libintl-8.dll), and finally revert the previous 3 commits, which hopefully are not required with these updates. See http://www.heidisql.com/forum.php?t=21039
