Ansgar Becker	6968817941	Minor enhancements and consistency fixes for CreateDatabase + CreateTable dialogs: ... - Fetch charsets from collations dataset rather than firing an extra "SHOW CHARSET" - Move fetching defaultCharset to existing TRY clause.
