Ansgar Becker	64c43aebbf	Issue #62: distinct between TIMEZONE (without time zone) and TIMEZONETZ (with time zone). And modify GetDatatypeByName() so it deletes the longest detected datatype string PostgreSQLDatatypes.Names . This solves empty/undetected column comments in ParseTableStructure().
