## What is the current behavior?
React throws tab errors with `IonTabButton` when binding to
`onPointerDown`, `onTouchEnd` and `onTouchMove`
## What is the new behavior?
- Adds missing type definitions for `onPointerDown`, `onTouchEnd` and
`onTouchMove` to `IonTaButton`
- React does not throw type errors when binding callback functions to
these events

IonInput in React apps can't import the correct type for typescript.

Since it is in the file exported, people using IonInput can import the
correct type.

Liam DeBeasi told me it was a bug a couple days ago and pointed out to
where it needed to be added.
