feat(segment): added change event to segment which emits the value

Updated the API docs for segment to include change & click, and updated
some of the function descriptions, removed an unused function. Added
the change & click events to the test case.

Fix(es6-shim): References #292 . Adding in es6-shim to package.json. Change the for() iterator in segment.ts changed to use a simple for loop. Short circuit functions in segment.ts incase there are no buttons, just return.
