feat(toast): implement new shapes (#29936)

## What is the current behavior?
The shape of the toast component could not be customized.

## What is the new behavior?
- I have introduced a new shape property which determines whether the
toast widget has soft, round or rectangular corners.

## Does this introduce a breaking change?
