a147ff490a Grunt: add an update-external-app task 
Builds the modules in bin/dist/modules and updates an app's
node_modules/tns-core-modules dir.

grunt update-external-app --path=/some/path/myapp1

c05efb1614 Start nodejs test suite to avoid testing non-UI stuff with a real device. 
1. Place tests in ./node-tests
2. Add chai, mocha, grunt-simple-mocha dev dependencies
3. Run it all with the grunt node-tests task.
