b553a900d7 feat: background/foreground events (#9763) 
On android `suspend/resume` was not doing what was expected.
In particular it was called while showing dialogs. This adds new `background` and `foreground` events which will fire expectedly and consistently for ios and android.

dbaf203a59 fix(android): a11y - do not provide content description for TextView elements (#9673) 
Android accessibility services automatically announce the text itself as the description (see https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/accessibility/apps#describe-ui-element)

If an a11y property is provided, the content description should also be set for TextView elements to keep the support for Labels/Buttons that only have a font icon as text and therefore need to have an accessibilityLabel.

61ff7e4762 feat(webpack): read nativescript.config.ts main if set before fallback to package.json (#9769) 
implements #9658

BREAKING CHANGES:

Possibly breaking if a project has a main field set in the nativescript.config.ts - since after this lands, this value will be used instead of package.json main.

The impact is likely very small, the steps to migrate:

    (Option A) remove main from nativescript.config.ts if set
    (Option B) update main to the correct path in nativescript.config.ts if set incorrectly
