Implement XHR addEventListener/removeEventListener events.
...
- Used by the Angular XHRBackend service.
- Only supporting 'load' and 'error' now.
- Not implemented as weak events. Client responsible for detaching or not
keeping a reference to the XHR object forever. (NG XHRBackend does so)
