This commits the result of running gdb/copyright.py as per our Start
of New Year procedure...

Update copyright year range in copyright header of all GDB files.
Testing with -fgnat-encodings=minimal showed that the Ada code failed
to use the bit stride of an array when taking a slice. This patch
fixes the oversight.
