28e7fd6234 Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files. 
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
  2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
     year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

d5af19bafb * Makefile.in (GNULIB_H): Use GNULIB_STDINT_H. 
(gdb_stdint_h, gdb_stdint.h, stamp-int): Delete.  Remove
	all dependencies on $(gdb_stdint_h).
	(distclean): Do not delete gdb_stdint.h.
