Replace some xmalloc-family functions with XNEW-family ones
This patch is part of the make-gdb-buildable-in-C++ effort. The idea is to change some calls to the xmalloc family of functions to calls to the equivalents in the XNEW family. This avoids adding an explicit cast, so it keeps the code a bit more readable. Some of them also map relatively well to a C++ equivalent (XNEW (struct foo) -> new foo), so it will be possible to do scripted replacements if needed. I only changed calls that were obviously allocating memory for one or multiple "objects". New common function "startswith"
This commit introduces a new inline common function "startswith" which takes two string arguments and returns nonzero if the first string starts with the second. Add new infrun.h header.
Move infrun.c declarations out of inferior.h to a new infrun.h file. Move pending_event to remote_notif_state.
This patch moves pending_event to remote_notif_state. All pending events are destroyed in remote_notif_state_xfree. However, discard_pending_stop_replies release pending event too, so the pending event of stop notification is released twice, we need some refactor here. We add a new function discard_pending_stop_replies_in_queue which only discard events in stop_reply_queue, and let remote_notif_state_xfree release pending event for all notif_client. After this change, discard_pending_stop_replies is only attached to ifnerior_exit observer, so the INF can't be NULL any more.
