        the ability to explicitly specify the quote characters and word
        break characters; if NULL is specified for either, use the old
        behavior of using the characters used by the completer.

        skip_quoted_chars to provide the original skip_chars behavior.

	appear in a location spec.

	(top-level): #include "filenames.h".

slash from file-name break characters.
	[__MSDOS__]: Special definition for DOS/Windows file names.
	(line_completion_function): When completing on file names, bump
	`p' to the first file-name constituent character of `word', before
	invoking the completer.
