* cadillac.c: Use <string.h> rather than <strings.h>.
* cadillac.c (kernel_dispatch): Convert rindex usage to strrchr.
* Makefile.in (MAKE): Remove definition for consistency with
other Makefile.in files and to fix problem with recursive makes.
* All GDB files that #include defs.h: Removed stdio.h.
(defs.h): #include stdio.h.
This has been tested by building GDBs for all targets hosted on Sun4.
None of the build problems were related to stdio.h inclusion. (n.b.
many configurations don't build for other reasons.)
Remove #ifdef's for SORT_NEEDED. We need to sort the table, now
and forever. Add `add' instruction to the set that get checked
for a preceding `sethi' in order to print an absolute address.
Corresponding changes in ../include/opcode/sparc.h needed
to eliminate garbage instructions.
Made some more progress in removing duplicate assembly opcode files.
More improvements to how mipsread and to a lesser extent dbxread work.
