This commit is the result of running the gdb/copyright.py script,
which automated the update of the copyright year range for all
source files managed by the GDB project to be updated to include
year 2023.
This commit brings all the changes made by running gdb/copyright.py
as per GDB's Start of New Year Procedure.
For the avoidance of doubt, all changes in this commits were
performed by the script.
Some targets (like cygwin) will export page size defines that clash
with our local usage here. Undefine the system one to fix building
for these targets.
Pointer arithmetic on void * pointers results in a GCC warning. Avoid
the warning by casting the pointer to its actual type earlier in the
function.
sim/rx/ChangeLog:
* mem.c (mem_put_blk): Rename parameter, add cast from parameter
type to local type. Remove cast later in the function.
(mem_get_blk): Likewise.
* mem.h (mem_put_blk): Rename parameter to match definition.
(mem_get_blk): Likewise.

This commit applies all changes made after running the gdb/copyright.py

Note that one file was flagged by the script, due to an invalid
copyright header
(gdb/unittests/basic_string_view/element_access/char/empty.cc).
As the file was copied from GCC's libstdc++-v3 testsuite, this commit
leaves this file untouched for the time being; a patch to fix the header
was sent to gcc-patches first.

(decode_opcode): Make opcode a pointer to the decode cache. Save
decoded opcode information and re-use. Call DO_RETURN instead of
return throughout. Remove ediv and edivu.
* mem.c (ptdc): New. Adds decode cache.
(rx_mem_ptr): Support it.
(rx_mem_decode_cache): New.
* mem.h (enum mem_ptr_action): add MPA_DECODE_CACHE.
(rx_mem_decode_cache): Declare.
* gdb-if.c (sim_resume): Add decode_opcode's setjmp logic here...
* main.c (main): ...and here. Use a fast loop if neither trace
nor disassemble is given.
* cpu.h (RX_MAKE_STEPPED, RX_MAKE_HIT_BREAK, RX_MAKE_EXITED,
RX_MAKE_STOPPED, RX_EXITED, RX_STOPPED): Adjust so that 0 is not a
valid code for anything.
