d87bef3a7b Update year range in copyright notice of binutils files
The newer update-copyright.py fixes file encoding too, removing cr/lf
on binutils/bfdtest2.c and ld/testsuite/ld-cygwin/exe-export.exp, and
embedded cr in binutils/testsuite/binutils-all/ar.exp string match.

15253318be RISC-V: Add 'Ssstateen' extension and its CSRs
This commit adds 'Ssstateen' extension, which is a supervisor-visible view
of the 'Smstateen' extension. It means, this extension implements sstateen*
and hstateen* CSRs of the 'Smstateen' extension.

Note that 'Smstateen' extension itself is unchanged but due to
implementation simplicity, it is implemented so that 'Smstateen' implies
'Ssstateen' (just like 'M' implies 'Zmmul').

This is based on the latest version of RISC-V Profiles
(version 0.9-draft, Frozen):
<226b7f6430>

bfd/ChangeLog:

	* elfxx-riscv.c (riscv_implicit_subsets): Update implication rules.
	(riscv_supported_std_s_ext) Add 'Ssstateen' extension.

gas/ChangeLog:

a9ba8bc2d3 RISC-V: Add T-Head CMO vendor extension
T-Head has a range of vendor-specific instructions.
Therefore it makes sense to group them into smaller chunks
in form of vendor extensions.

This patch adds the XTheadCmo extension, a collection of T-Head specific
cache management operations.
The 'th' prefix and the "XTheadCmo" extension are documented in a PR
for the RISC-V toolchain conventions ([1]).

In total XTheadCmo introduces the following 21 instructions:

* DCACHE.{C,CI,I}ALL
* DCACHE.{C,CI,I}{PA,VA,SW} rs1
* DCACHE.C{PAL1,VAL1} rs1
* ICACHE.I{ALL,ALLS}
* ICACHE.I{PA,VA} rs1
* L2CACHE.{C,CI,I}ALL

Contrary to Zicbom, the XTheadCmo instructions don't have a constant
displacement, therefore we have a different syntax for the arguments.
To clarify this is intended behaviour, there is a set of negative test
for Zicbom-style arguments in x-thead-cmo-fail.s.

The recently added support for the Zicbo{m,p,z} extensions did not
include DECLARE_INSN() declarations for the instructions.
These declarations are needed by GDB's instruction detection code.
This patch adds them.

23ff54c27d RISC-V: Support svinval extension with frozen version 1.0.
According to the privileged spec, there are five new instructions for
svinval extension. Two of them (HINVAL.VVMA and HINVAL.GVMA) need to
enable the hypervisor extension. But there is no implementation of
hypervisor extension in mainline for now, so let's consider the related
issues later.

                31..25  24..20 19..15 14..12 11...7 6..2  1..0
sinval.vma      0001011 rs2    rs1    000    00000  11100 11

hinval.gvma     0110011 rs2    rs1    000    00000  11100 11

This patch is cherry-picked from the riscv integration branch since the
svinval extension is frozen for now. Besides, we fix the funct7 encodings
of hinval.vvma and hinval.gvma, from 0x0011011 and 0x0111011 to 0x0010011

2652cfad8d RISC-V: Support riscv bitmanip frozen ZBA/ZBB/ZBC instructions (v0.93).
In fact rev8/orc.b/zext.h are the aliases of grevi/gorci/pack[w], so we
should update them to INSN_ALIAS when we have supported their true instruction
in the future. Though we still use the [MATCH|MAKS]_[GREVI|GORCI|PACK|PACKW]
to encode them. Besides, the orc.b has the same encoding both in rv32 and
rv64, so we just keep one of them in the opcode table.

08ccfccf0e RISC-V: Support debug and float CSR as the unprivileged ones.
The unprivileged CSR should be controlled by other specific specs rather
than the privileged spec. For example, the debug CSR should be controlled
by the debug spec, and the float CSR should be controlled by the float
spec. User may use assembler options to choose what the debug and other
specs they want, or may encode the versions of specs into the architecture
string directly. Since we haven't decided which one is better, we set the
defined and aborted versions of unprivileged CSR to PRIV_SPEC_CLASS_NONE
in the include/opcode/riscv-opc.h, to tell assembler don't check priv spec
versions for them. However, these PRIV_SPEC_CLASS_NONE will be changed

d8af286fff RISC-V: Drop the privileged spec v1.9 support.
There is a conflict between v1.9 and v1.9.1 - CSR MISA address. MISA is
0xf10 in v1.9, but change to 0x301 in v1.9.1. The change made MISA writable,
but may also cause risk of compatibility. Binutils already support the
-mpriv-spec options and ELF priv attributes, which can used to choose what
privileged spec you want, and then give a correponding CSR name and address
to use. But Gdb and other tools don't have the simialr mechanism for now.
However, there are two things can be confirmed,

1. If we don't have a way to control the priv specs, then the changes, like
MISA, will cause risk and hard to maintain.

2. We get the guarantee that the CSR address won't be reused in the future
specs, even if it is dropped.

I'm not sure if Gdb needs to care about the priv spec versions, it is still
discussing. But drop the priv spec v1.9, and make sure that we won't reuse
the CSR address is a useful solution for now. Also, we might drop the v1.9.1
in a year or two. After that, specs above v1.10 should be compatible anyway.

8f595e9b4f [PATCH v2 0/9] RISC-V: Support version controling for ISA standard extensions and CSR
1. Remove the -mriscv-isa-version and --with-riscv-isa-version options.
We can still use -march to choose the version for each extensions, so there is
no need to add these.

2. Change the arguments of options from [1p9|1p9p1|...] to [1.9|1.9.1|...].
Unlike the architecture string has specified by spec, ther is no need to do
the same thing for options.

bd0cf5a6ba RISC-V: Support the ISA-dependent CSR checking.
According to the riscv privilege spec, some CSR are only valid when rv32 or
the specific extension is set. We extend the DECLARE_CSR and DECLARE_CSR_ALIAS
to record more informaton we need, and then check whether the CSR is valid
according to these information. We report warning message when the CSR is
invalid, so we have a choice between error and warning by --fatal-warnings
option. Also, a --no-warn/-W option is used to turn the warnings off, if
people don't want the warnings.

	gas/
	* config/tc-riscv.c (enum riscv_csr_class): New enum. Used to decide
	whether or not this CSR is legal in the current ISA string.
	(struct riscv_csr_extra): New structure to hold all extra information
	of CSR.
	(riscv_init_csr_hash): New function. According to the DECLARE_CSR and
	DECLARE_CSR_ALIAS, insert CSR extra information into csr_extra_hash.

64a336ac13 RISC-V: Add fence.tso instruction
The RISC-V memory model has been ratified, and it includes an additional
fence: "fence.tso". This pseudo instruction extends one of the
previously reserved full fence patterns to be less restrictive, and
therefor will execute correctly on all existing microarchitectures.
Thus there is no reason to allow this instruction to be disabled (or
unconverted to a full fence), so it's just unconditionally allowed.

I've added a test case for GAS to check that "fence.tso" correctly
assembles on rv32i-based targets. I checked to see that "fence.tso"
appears in "gas.log", but that's the only testing I've done.
