Add target_ops argument to to_set_syscall_catchpoint

	* target.h (struct target_ops) <to_set_syscall_catchpoint>: Add
	argument.
	(target_set_syscall_catchpoint): Add argument.
	* linux-nat.c (linux_child_set_syscall_catchpoint): Add 'self'
	argument.
	* target.c (update_current_target): Update.
