* gdb.base/default.exp: Set match_max to 5000 and the timeout

Browse Source 
to 60 seconds.  Temporarily set match_max to 15000 around the
        "info copying" test.
Fixes timeout/overflow problems for hpux10.20 hosted toolchains.
