Subject: [PATCH] Add declarations for bfd_coff_swap_aux_in, swap_sym_in,
 swap_lineno_in, bfd_core_file_failing_command, failing_signal,
 matches_executable_p. Apparently these were lost in Steve's documentation
 merge.
