gas: blackfin: handle multibyte symbols

Browse Source 
Accept any 8bit char with the high bit set so as to support multibyte
characters.  Also use the locale safe regular expressions to match
chars/digits.  This brings the Blackfin assembler inline with the
behavior of other assemblers.
