* configure.in (host==go32): Configure dosrel too.

* Makefile.in (INTALL_TARGET): Call INSTALL_LAST last.
	(HOST_CC, HOST_PREFIX, HOST_PREFIX_1): Undefine, they should
	be set by incoming names or templates.
	(INSTALL_LAST): New rule.
	* config/mh-go32: New fragment.
