* breakpoint.c (find_condition_and_thread): Initialize

Browse Source 
TASK and REST.
	(create_breakpiont): find_condition_and_thread will now
	initialize COND_STRING, THREAD, and REST (and TASK).
	(addr_string_to_sals): Likewise.
