	* gdbarch.sh (DEPRECATED_CALL_DUMMY_BREAKPOINT_OFFSET)
	(DEPRECATED_CALL_DUMMY_START_OFFSET): Delete.
	* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
