* cofflink.c (_bfd_coff_generic_relocate_section): Make callback decide what goes in .relocs. * pe[i]-i386.c (TARGET_UNDERSCORE): Define. * peicode.h (pe_mkobject_hook): Only copy aouthdr if there is one.
