* c-exp.y (classify_inner_name): Remove unused type.
	* c-lang.c (c_printstr): Remove unused byte_order, i, things_printed,
	in_quotes, need_comma, wchar_buf, output, cleanup, iter, finished,
	need_escape.
	(c_get_string): Remove unused kind.
	* c-typeprint.c (c_type_print_args): Remove unused i, len, args, table2.
