	* varobj.c (install_default_visualizer): Do not install a
	visualizer if the varobj is CPLUS_FAKE_CHILD.
	(construct_visualizer): Likewise.

	compile target.
	* gdb.python/py-prettyprint.exp: Add C++ object for
