* ldmain.c (main): Init "strip_discarded".

Browse Source 
* lexsup.c (OPTION_STRIP_DISCARDED): Define.
	(OPTION_NO_STRIP_DISCARDED): Define.
	(ld_options): Add "strip-discarded" and "no-strip-discarded".
	(parse_args): Handle them.
