* config/tc-m68k.h (TC_RELOC_RTSYM_LOC_FIXUP): Changed to keep
	relocations against globally visible symbols.
	* config/tc-m68k.c (relaxable_symbol): New macro.
	(m68k_ip, md_estimate_size_before_relax): Use it.
	(tc_m68k_fix_adjustable): Also handle weak symbols.
