minor adjustments in gdb.python/py-block.exp

gdb/testsuite/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.python/py-block.exp: Simplify using prepare_for_testing.
        Delete variable binfile, no longer use.  Add or modify test
        comments to make them unique.
