* Makefile.in: Change variable CFLAGS to TESTSUITE_CFLAGS.
* lib/gdb.exp: Fix comment which erroneously identified
gdb_file_cmd as gdb_load (the 19 May change was in fact to
gdb_file_cmd not gdb_load).
