Add NetBSD/hppa target and host support.
* hppabsd-tdep.c (hppabsd_supply_gregset): Move to ... (hppabsd_gregset): Move to ... (hppabsd_regset_from_core_section): Rename hppaobsd_regset_from_core_section and move to ... (hppabsd_find_global_pointer): Update comment. (hppabsd_init_abi): Make global. Do not register hppabsd_regset_from_core_section. (hppabsd_core_osabi_sniffer): Rename hppaobsd_core_osabi_sniffer and move to ... (_initialize_hppabsd_tdep): Move to ... * hppaobsd-tdep.c: ... here.
