	* inferior.h (deprecated_read_fp, deprecated_write_sp): Delete.
	* frame.h: Delete deprecated_read_fp from comments.
	* arch-utils.c (deprecated_init_frame_pc_default): Delete.
	* arch-utils.h (deprecated_init_frame_pc_default): Delete.
