Use DIAGNOSTIC_IGNORE_STRINGOP_TRUNCATION to silence GCC 8.1

GCC 8.1 warns about destination size with -Wstringop-truncation:

Use DIAGNOSTIC_IGNORE_STRINGOP_TRUNCATION to silence it.
