* coffgen.c (bfd_debug_section): Deleted.
(coff_section_from_bfd_index): Return absolute section for debug
symbol.
(coff_write_symbol): Set BSF_DEBUGGING for C_FILE symbols. If
BSF_DEBUGGING is set, set section to N_DEBUG.
(coff_bfd_make_debug_symbol): Use absolute section.
