ARI fix: Remove ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED throughout.

* arm-linux-tdep.c (arm_linux_cleanup_svc): Remove
	ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED.
	(cleanup_kernel_helper_return): Likewise.
	* arm-tdep.c (copy_unmodified): Likewise.
	(copy_preload): Likewise.
