* boards/native-gdbserver.exp (${board}_upload): New.
	* boards/native-stdio-gdbserver.exp (${board}_upload): New.
	* gdb.trace/tfile.exp: Don't check 'gdb,nofileio'.
	Execute tfile on remote target.
	Copy trace file from target to host.
