* elf32-hppa.c (elf32_hppa_relocate_section): Handle undefined and
notsupported return codes from final_link_relocate (used when
$global$ is undefined or nonexistant).
(elf32_hppa_bfd_link_link_relocate): If $global$ exists, but is
