Remove MAX_REGISTER_SIZE define

gdb/
	* defs.h: Remove MAX_REGISTER_SIZE.
	* regcache.c (init_regcache_descr): Remove MAX_REGISTER_SIZE
	asserts.
	* python/py-unwind.c (pyuw_sniffer): Likewise.
