(DEPRECATED_FRAME_INIT_SAVED_REGS): Delete macro. * hppa-tdep.c: Include "arch-utils.h". (hppa_gdbarch_init): Set deprecated init_frame_pc and deprecated frame_init_saved_regs. (hppa_frame_init_saved_regs): Make static.
