arm-tdep.c: Remove unused arm_displaced_step_copy_insn
This function is never used, since it is superseded by arm_linux_displaced_step_copy_insn. gdb/ChangeLog: * arm-tdep.c (arm_displaced_step_copy_insn): Remove.
