gas/
  * config/tc-aarch64.c (aarch64_features): Add "lor".
  * doc/c-aarch64.c (Aarch64 Extensions): Add "lor" to list of
  architecture extensions.

gas/testsuite/
  * lor-directive.d: New.
  * lor.d: New.
  * lor.s: New.
