[NEWS] Announce gdbserver support for x86-lynxos

This patch adjusts the NEWS entry for the LynxOS gdbserver to include
x86-lynxos to the list of supported platforms.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * NEWS: Add x86-lynxos to the list of platforms supported by
        gdbserver.
